Full Wedding Coordination
Our full service planning package is great for the bride who is busy with work and/or school or for destination brides who need a little more guidance with where to start for their Charleston wedding.
We help with choosing a venue and vendors who fit your style and budget, help with design and execution of your floor plan and timeline, coordination of the rehearsal, as well as setup/breakdown and coordination of the ceremony and reception. We offer assistance with design, and offer any of our in-house décor at no additional charge. We setup and attend important meetings with your vendors and venue and offer unlimited hours of consultation until your event.
This includes help from start to finish!
Partial Wedding Planning with Event Design
This package includes vendor suggestions, assistance with choosing rentals and help with the design and décor for your wedding. This package includes coordination of the rehearsal, setup/breakdown and coordination of the ceremony and reception. We help you choose the perfect rentals for both ceremony and reception and help with choosing décor that fits your style.
We work with you to make sure you don’t miss any of the details by reviewing vendor contracts, creating a floor plan, timeline and finalizing all of your plans to make sure the event runs smoothly.
This package includes the use of any of our in-house décor at no additional charge. We have lanterns, cake cutters, vases, baskets, mirrors and more.
Day/Month of Wedding Coordination
This package is for the more hands on bride. We reach out to your chosen vendors a few weeks prior to your wedding to be sure everything is in place and keep everything on track for your ceremony and reception. We handle all of the details on your wedding day and create a day of timeline to be sure things run smoothly.
This also includes coordination of the rehearsal, setup/breakdown and coordination of the ceremony and reception.
